Our overall focus is on helping women be well—physically, emotionally, spiritually, socially. Women have many obligations and roles they fill. Our psychotherapy services are geared toward helping women find a balance between self-care and their responsibilities.
We want to provide an oasis where women can focus on health and wellness in a way that makes it convenient and accessible.

Why Becoming Balanced?
Women are at higher risk for developing mental health issues and chronic medical conditions. We want to help women treat existing difficulties they are experiencing as well as to help prevent more serious challenges in the future. We do this by providing evidence-based psychotherapy services and offering additional services that promote health and wellness. It is essential to be able to coordinate care with relevant medical professionals in order to accomplish whole person wellness so we do request clients complete a Release of Information for their medical team.
More Than Just a Clinic
We want to provide more than “just a clinic.” We strive to create a safe place where women want to spend time and receive more than just individual psychotherapy. We offer group therapy options as well as Reiki, treadmill sessions, and a small library with books related to women’s wellness. We hope to soon be able to offer even more services geared towards empowering women and elevating overall wellness. Here, we provide empowerment to take control over your own life and help you find opportunities for growth.
