Qualifications
Candidates must:
- Be licensed as a Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker, or Professional Clinical Counselor
- Be currently licensed in North Dakota and Minnesota, or eligible for Minnesota licensure
- Have no board restrictions or disciplinary actions
- Be eligible for third-party insurance reimbursement
- Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Possess excellent written documentation and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate effective time-management and organizational abilities
- Value teamwork, consultation, and ongoing professional growth
About the Role
Clinicians provide outpatient mental health services to adult women utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches. Common presenting concerns include:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- ADHD
- Trauma
- Life transitions and adjustment difficulties
- Perinatal mental health concerns
- Chronic medical conditions
- Grief and loss
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and gather information required by third-party payers within established timelines
- Provide individual and/or group psychotherapy services within areas of clinical competency
- Deliver medically necessary, evidence-based treatment
- Develop and maintain treatment plans and complete periodic treatment plan reviews
- Coordinate care with healthcare professionals and other service providers as appropriate
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in regular staff meetings, case consultation, and professional development activities
