We are very excited to be welcoming Dr. Jessica Jones to the Becoming Balanced family! Dr. Jones is a Licensed Psychologist who has experience working with women who struggle with trauma, chronic health conditions, anxiety, and depression. She has training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. She also plans to offer a stress management group using Mind-Body skills in early 2023!
